The surgery went well and post operatively the surgical site is healing nicely with minimal discomfort considering it was a molar with three difficult roots to extract. I came to her with a tooth that needed urgent attention, and she went out of her way to see me quickly and made sure I received the care I needed. I am extremely anxious about dental procedures and I was concerned my apprehension might be minimized. Instead I was met with an entire team (Mary, Megan, and Dr. Hannan) who from the very beginning, were incredibly warm, patient, compassionate, and accommodating. They displayed genuine care and empathy with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. What impressed me most was the level of personal care Dr. Hannan provided well beyond the procedure itself. She reached out to me over the weekend and again the following week to check in on how I was doing after the procedure and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Having to have a tooth extracted and making the decision to have an implant is both expensive and nerve-racking. The team at Peak Dental Implants and Oral surgery are amazing. Dr. Hannan put me at ease immediately and was able to do the procedure as we had hoped from the extraction right through the implant and under 90 minutes. I recall my mom taking nine months to accomplish the same thing. Every call I’ve made or text message has been responded to promptly.
